Welcome!

My name is Chrystal. Most people call me FireHeart.

As a high-level coach I help people going through transition successfully move through internal and external changes in their lives.

This includes teaching my clients how to clear blocks, master their emotions and harmonize their body, mind and heart so they can move with powerful confidence and freedom in this world. 

My mission is to be a guide and resource for people who are going through a time in their life where they are feeling stressed, afraid, stuck or simply hungry for something more. I believe no matter where a person is at people at all levels need help with these kinds of things.

I did not come into this world with the proper skills to navigate the often harsh waves of life with ease or success. I have spent the last two decades of my life intentionally training and growing. Now, I have a valuable toolbox and tremendously diverse life experience to share with others.

My goal is to see fewer people suffer and help them shorten their learning curves. I believe that when people are ready for change, they deserve the help to heal and grow
