This video came out as passion explosion after a third friend in a short amount of time committed suicide. This message is filled with love, vision and offers a whole new set of lenses to view why you need to be here!

As I traveled on tour this summer we made a stop at the Fountain of Youth in St Augustine, FL. It was there on this beautiful land that I really started to ponder this concept of anti-aging for the soul. Often its not the body’s age that claims youthfulness, it’s the freedom of a person’s spirit. Being around people of various ages has taught me that. 80 year olds acting with the vibrancy of a 20 year old and 20 year olds acting like old curmudgeons.

For this reason, here are a few ideas on what to do if you are feeling dragged down by life and ‘aged’ so to speak:

Get out of isolation and/or chaos , change up your surroundings and go somewhere new! 

Be kind to others and feel the ignition that happens inside of yourself when you lighten, give and connect.

Take time to connect with the land and other people to regain harmony.

Be Generous. Ex: Give great tips to people that take care of others.

Greet people with kindness in your eyes and really See them.

As you can see, there are so many ways to slow down the aging process. Anti-aging, from much observation has to do with spreading kindness and living joy. It’s about doing the work to lighten the inner load so the bigger you can come out to play and create. Let’s join together and  bring love to people because we can!!
