This video was created along Florida’s East Coast on the last leg of our summer tour 2016. Going from town to town, I noticed a lot of energetic shifts moving from visiting different places. There were some places where my energy took a dive bomb and others where it skyrocketed. It wasn’t the typical mathematical equation for anyone energetically sensitive though. What I mean by this is that for many of you reading this who consider yourselves savvy of what types of environments feed you and deplete you, I thought I had this one down, but learned something a whole new level that I feel is important to share.

There were cities and events on the tour where I felt great, the people, the fun exciting places, the nature rich and abundant all fed my soul… Those times were smooth.

There were other times in beautiful places, I felt low. It wasn’t because of the environment, it was because of me.

Those times, I was being pushed to expand, but my comfort zone was challenged, so the defense was a wave of tiredness or sickness, etc. Once I caught onto this, I pushed myself past the layer and every time felt incredible afterward.

The experiences that came out of doing this equaled some of my favorite times in the whole trip. Because of these pushes – these intentional Yes’s when I felt the no’s of non-dangerous resistance – I found myself speaking on a stage in front of a crowd of a thousand people, or riding horses bareback in the countryside or performing in a talent show for the first time in my life. After each experience, I felt tremendous! I needed to shift things up to that extreme to catapult into expansion.

Something else happened on the tour though that I have never experienced before. There was a town that I really had been looking forward to checking out. I had read that it had a lot of like minded spiritual people there and very cool things going on. The moment we drove into the town though, I felt a slight shift. I didn’t pay the attention to that feeling the way that I should have though.

We started exploring the town and about an hour into it, I was literally knocked on my butt, almost passed out in the middle of a store. It felt like someone had taken my plug out of the power socket. I could barely walk, I felt sick and dizzy. I went to the truck to have a snack thinking that maybe I simply needed more food than I thought I did. After about 15 minutes I felt a little bit better, so we kept on exploring the town. Nope. Instantaneously I felt horrible again. My whole energetic system felt like I lost control. This didn’t make any sense but we were smart enough to know we had to leave. Our original plan was to spend the night in the town, but having learned that it’s okay and sometimes necessary to go with the flow and change plans on demand came to the aid.

The second we drove out of that town, I felt better. It took about three hours for me to recalibrate. All I know is that no matter what cool reputation the town had, it just didn’t work with my system. I felt a definite no and having gone through it, I now will know what that feeling is and won’t let it happen again.

Moral of the story, our feelings are not always so quickly definable. We are creatures that need to learn how to listen to our energy in layers. How to know when we need to push through resistance. How to trust when something is not right and how to know what we need to do.

The surface reaction is not always what we think. If you are hungry to feel more tremendous. I encourage you to shift things up a bit. Take care of you and try new things. The result will either be a no or an absolute YES!
